NUVITE ORDERING
POLICY
Thank you for choosing Nuvite as your one stop source for high
quality chemical specialty products. We desire to make your ordering
simple and less time consuming.
Please be advised that the following conditions with respect to
orders are applicable:
Orders:
Nuvite may
accept or reject orders at its sole discretion.
Payment Terms:
Credit
Card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Sorry, Discover
Card and C.O.D. not available at this time. A combined credit card/debit
card may be used; however, debit cards by themselves are not accepted
at this time.
Minimum $ Purchase:
None. Please feel free to order any item at any quantity.
Packaging Sizes:
Packaging sizes are specified next to each product. For larger packaging
sizes not listed, please contact our order desk at: 800-394-8351
pertaining to specific request for quotations for larger sizes.
In addition, quantity discounts are also available upon request.
If you prefer to inquire via e-mail, please visit our home page
or if in the store, via the comment box within the order. All inquiries
will be addressed within 48 hours of receipt.
Freight:
All products are shipped within 24 - 48 hours at time of
receipt of order. Freight is f.o.b. from our factory in New York
or from any of our warehouses (where applicable) in the United States.
Freight charges are prepaid and added to the order. Although the
system may specify United Parcel, it is Nuvite’s option to
elect the carrier, i.e., UPS, FEDEX, BAX, DHL, etc. You may however,
specify in the comment box, a specific carrier of choice. We will
try to accommodate such requests where applicable; however, such
requests shall be at Nuvite’s option. Please note that exact
freight charges may vary dependent upon the carrier’s
fuel surcharges at the time of shipment along with the total
number of cartons and gross weight necessary to prepare and package
the shipment in a safe and responsible manner. When specifying collect
shipments, please provide your account number accordingly.
Taxes:
Nuvite
will charge and collect sales tax as mandated by federal, state,
and local taxing authorities in taxing jurisdictions where applicable.
Returns:
Our policy
is to provide the highest quality products with exceptional service.
However, there are times when customers order the wrong material.
Please insure that the material being ordered and the packing size
is correct. Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus
freight. If a customer does elect to return merchandise, please
contact us for a return authorization number and further instructions.
Equipment:
Nuvite distributes OEM's buffing
rotary powered tools and does not offer any warranties whatsoever.
In the event of machine failure, Nuvite will provide the contact
information to the customer for their directly contacting the
machine equipment manufacturer for warranty information to include
reimbursement or replacement by the equipment manufacturer only. Any
customer requesting Nuvite to replace its defective equipment will
be charged as a new sale and at the retail price accordingly. No
returns or reimbursements on buffing equipment will be accepted by
Nuvite.
